These terms apply to your use of the Forge Pasture Tracker and other Forge Tools provided by Redline Livestock Ltd..
The Pasture Tracker is currently free
The Pasture Tracker is offered as a free application for now. We may add, change or discontinue features, and we may offer other Forge Tools under separate free, trial, purchase or Foundry-access terms. We will not convert an identified free use into a paid charge without clear notice and your agreement.
Your account and records
You are responsible for access to your email account and devices. You retain ownership of the farm information you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize and return that information to you.
Keep your own copies of important records and exported reports. Online services and offline synchronization can fail, and the tool is not a substitute for your accounting or record-retention system.
Calculations and professional advice
Results depend on the information and agreement terms you enter. Grazing dates are counted inclusively and AUM calculations use the factors shown in the tool. Confirm rates, animal-unit factors, taxes, credits and agreement wording before relying on a result.
Forge Tools provide general organizational and calculation assistance. They are not legal, accounting, tax, financial, veterinary, agronomic or insurance advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice for your operation and agreements.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful material, or copy and resell the application. The Forge name, design, software and original materials remain our intellectual property.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every calculation will fit every agreement. You remain responsible for decisions made for your operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Redline Livestock Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a free Forge Tool. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
