Redline Livestock Ltd. operates The Forge by Redline and Forge Tools. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect the email address used to deliver and secure your access, your optional marketing choice, the wording and time of that choice, and the source that brought you to the tool. When you use the Pasture Tracker, we may store the pasture, cattle movement, rate, adjustment and payment information you enter.
The application and its providers may also process ordinary technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps and error or security logs.
How we use information
We use information to deliver passwordless access, save and synchronize your records, operate and secure the service, respond to support requests, comply with law, and improve Forge Tools.
Promotional Forge emails are optional. We add an address to our marketing list only when the box beside the separate marketing request is checked and the email address is confirmed. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Where information is handled
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and private cloud records, and Resend for email delivery and consent-based marketing contacts. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own security and privacy commitments.
The tracker also keeps a local copy in your browser so it can work offline. Clearing browser storage removes that device-local copy but does not automatically remove a synchronized cloud copy.
Retention and security
We retain information only while reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal requirements, dispute resolution and service security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your account information. You may also withdraw marketing consent without losing access to the free Pasture Tracker. Instructions are on the Your Data page.
